Oh, the early 2000s: what a wonderful time to be alive. It’s hard to believe it’s been 20 years since Jude Law was Sexiest Man Alive, Beyoncé won her first Grammy without Destiny’s Child and appeared on Facebook.

Yeah, it’s so hard to believe how a lot of pop culture and fashion has come since then. Of course, all the styles are back, but they won’t be like the first big wave. So let’s go back in time and talk about 2004. the fashion trends of the week that should have returned to our streets and the week that should probably stay put:

No matter what they say Uggs never go out of style. Unfortunately, it’s long gone when Ugg boots were worn with miniskirts, t-shirts and shoulder bags, even at important events or on the red carpet. Ugg is still strong, but not strong enough. In my day, if you didn’t wear Uggs, or at least Fuggs (fake Uggs), it was like the end of the world. I will never forget my first pair. I will always love you my big chocolate, Ugg Australia.

Please Stay 2004: Dutch

If you’ve seen the Von Dutch documentary on Hulu, you’ll understand why it’s not worth it. For a long time, Von Dutch’s advantage was impossible to avoid. Hats, shirts, pants, events and more. The biggest celebrities of all time have rocked this brand like their lives depended on it. In the beginning, the trucker hat with the classic Von Dutch logo impressed the fashion icon. I mean, Paris and Nicole use von Dutch almost exclusively in The Ordinary Life. Once he arrived and took over, he completely disappeared. It’s one of the many brands that has decided to reinvent itself and be reborn, but I don’t think it will ever come back to what it was. Even though I’m a bit intrigued by Von Dutch’s look from 2000. (just look at Anna, she’s amazing), I’m glad that in 2024 you won’t have to wear a trucker hat while driving. This is one of the best documentary for 2004 fashion clothes.

BACK: Miniskirt

Yes, yes, yes. This is probably the category where I will explain it. Time to finally give this woman flowers. Many things that were fashionable in the early 2000s would not exist without the work of Paris Hilton. It was and still is a 2000 model. Millions of girls are influenced by this women’s style and for good reason. Mini skirts are everywhere and no one wears them more than in Paris. If anyone wore a skirt in the early 2000s, it was either a classic mini skirt, a denim skirt or a slim skirt, and back then it was possible to find one that fit all three descriptions. The only thing I have to say is that the queens of the 60s are not here to give us the best memories. The mini is a timeless classic that should be worn by everyone who wants to enjoy their magic in 2024. summer.

Stay in 2004: Stylish Capri Pants

No, no and no. Stylish capri pants were a crazy time and I hope no one thinks about them anymore. J.Lo (Queen of Fashion Capris) will probably appreciate it if I say this, but they definitely need to keep it Fashion 2004. I’m not a big fan of capris; I have never been there and never will be there. I don’t put capris on my sims. So if anyone is brave enough to pair this with heels or boots please email me. letters.

RETURNS: CURRENT PRINTED T-SHIRTS

I know some things never go away fashion, but even if they come out, that doesn’t mean they’re always the same. Graphic tees are a must, even a window to the soul. Feeling involved in a hot topic and choosing the cutest patterned t-shirt.What is done cannot be undone. Now we have graphic t-shirts with emojis or lots of kids buying graphic t-shirts from artists they’ve never heard of or heard of. Today it’s just a facade and we miss the days when people used graphics to represent what they loved.

Stay tuned for 2004: Brochures

Very many leaflets. Ruffles are everywhere: on T-shirts, skirts, shoes, dresses, BAGS… too many. I don’t know why exfoliation catches everyone off guard, but the trend has been around for years. I don’t think the flare will go away, but I’m glad that skirts like the one above are no longer the norm.

BRING BACK: Empire Waist

This is very specific and another thing that probably won’t go away completely, but the empire waist is timeless to me and I miss it if everyone else doesn’t. In case you don’t know, an empire waist is basically a dress or blouse that sits below the bust line and falls below your natural waistline. This is a great haircut if you want to shift the focus of your figure from the waist to the chest. It also helps to make it look longer. Both are great for short and tall clients. Anything that is versatile and can be worn in multiple ways, such as dresses, blouses, long sleeves and short sleeves, definitely deserves a revival.

In Please Stay 2004 m.: Extra Long Pointed Heel Shoes

As someone who almost gave up hope when most shoes are medium wide, I came across An. extra pointy heels wouldn’t look good on me. Sure, the pointed heel was classic, but the length and the way it was worn was the LOOK of the time. What’s more, the Wicked Witch’s western-style haircut paired with bootcut jeans takes the silliness to a whole new level. Fortunately, we as a society have evolved into fuller shoes that flatter all my toes.

Stay 2004: Layering

Laying up these days means wearing a denim jacket over your shirt and a winter coat on top. in 2004 fashion layering meant three different lace tops, a blouse, a blazer and a ruched mini skirt with tights. Stack method is really easy to use. Of course, we love the lace-embellished top that’s meant to be seen. That said, even with the resurgence of lace camisoles (which I love), don’t wear five different colors at once.
